Job Description :
- Build predictive modeling capabilities for Personal Insurance pricing and analytics by interacting with business partners
- Develop pricing models using SAS, R, Python, and other machine learning tools independently
- Build cross sell models, propensity models and other market mix models
- Work on various analytical problems to improve efficiency throughout the lifecycle of individual insurance products viz auto,property, travel
- Deliver on goals and analytics in a timely manner
- Support more junior associates in their development of predictive models
- Minimum 7 years of experience in predictive modeling
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science and working in machine learning techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
