Analytics Capability - Human Capital Analytics / Corporate Functions Analytics - Consultant
Key Responsibility :
- Develop statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.
- Hands on experience in Advanced R coding is a must.
- Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of employee metrics.
- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, forecasting techniques and so on
- Partner with IT to implement models and tests
- Machine learning and text analytics exposure is desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of general business experience, including 2 years min of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models.
- MSc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
- Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners
Good to Have:
1 Three or more years of experience in industry in a functional role a plus
2 Advanced knowledge of SAS/R coding skills. Python coding and Tableau visualization skills are a bonus
- Machine Learning and Text Analytics experience would be an added bonus.
Qualifications :
MSc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
