Role Profile : 

- Address both strategic and operational issues

- Drive diagnosis and assessment in order to identify value creation opportunities for clients

- Analyze existing client capabilities and organizational resources

- Identify opportunities for improvement to existing processes and workflows

- Work plan development for problem solving and value realization

- Contribute to the practice with thought leadership and team capability development

Background and experience : 

- 4-7 years of experience working within CMT consulting at leading consulting firms

- Good understanding of at least one of Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) industries

- Project management experience is essential

- Excellent skills in Microsoft office; comfortable with creating analysis and presenting compelling recommendations

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
