Kinaxis professionals are sought with the following profile to take part in large scale technology led business transformation programs :

Functional Skills :

- Understand end to end supply chain planning and fulfillment concepts focusing on Demand planning/Supply Planning/S&OP/Inventory planning/Warehousing/Distribution/Transportation Management/Network Optimization / CPFR and different issues involved in the supply chain management

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response

- Experience in implementing package software in forecasting and advanced planning and scheduling such as O9, JDA, SAP-APO, Kinaxis

- Experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse modules like Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning

- Knowledge in different seeded resources in Kinaxis like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc. in above modules

- Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through DataWarehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces

Industry Groups : Consumer Goods & Services, Life Sciences, Automotive, Food & Beverages

Experience :

- 3- 5 years of Supply Chain Planning or Procurement consulting experience; At least 2-3 years of hands on experience of working on functional design and technical implementation in Kinaxis; Process knowledge of SC Planning/ Optimization / Procurement; Proficient in English. Other languages will be a plus.

- Mastery in Microsoft Office tools

Key responsibilities may include :

- Participating in Project Management activities (PMO, status calls, operational committee)

- Lead or participate in Kinaxis business process and requirement discussions with the clientWork with the client in the design, development and testing of the Kinaxis projects

- Clearly understand client's requirements and design apt solutions by considering the inbuilt as well as configurable capabilities of technology solution

- Work with project team to understand and define project requirements, project plan and solution design

- Provide estimates to project managers of complex work and resource requirements

- Design test scripts for configuration testing, create user manual and train users on the capability

- Provide final solution deliverables to the customer as per design

- Participate in customer liaison activities to ensure success of the project

- Providing subject matter expertise (SME) input to fellow IT staff and user community on "workability" of designs, architecture, and testing for KinaxisResearching and recommending solutions to given Kinaxis requirements

- Supporting team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience

- Supporting process design activities, formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized requirements (Workshops, Agile prototyping- )

- Supporting implementation activities for organization, processes and business content

- Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings- )

- Supporting the collection and analysis of large amounts of data, developing key insights / findings, and proposing solutions to Kinaxis issues.

- Coordinating Master Data activities with the client and the technical teams
