Accelya - Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Lead and perform requirements elicitation for internal product development/ customers

- Take complete responsibility for user requirements, performing detailed impact analysis.

- Demonstrable ability in documenting BRDs, User Stories, Flow diagrams, SUC, and UX design.

- Take end to end requirements ownership for assigned areas

- Keep abreast of industry trends, business challenges, and competitor product offerings and provide necessary inputs in product/solution creation.

- Co-ordinate the review of functional test cases and be accountable for the quality and completeness of requirements-related documents of the product.

- Test and audit the functionality to assess the quality of deliverables at periodic intervals.

- Support Product Implementation such as gap analysis, user training, user acceptance testing, cut-over, post-implementation support etc.

- Support pre-sales activities such as preparing responses to RFI/ RFPs, conducting product demos, user workshops etc.

Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a client facing role

- At least 5 years of experience in airline cargo within a business or within an IT provider organization

- Prior hands-on experience working with agile teams and processes

- Ability to identify solutions and effect change without being confrontational

- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

- Ability to work independently and with others

- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities

- Be able to travel on-site at customer premises for short/long term work assignments
