About the Profile :   - Work closely with the sales team on proposals and sales pitches for clients; create the necessary case studies and value propositions in support of the proposals. Developing and creating a value pitch for AEON to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and tailor first conversations with potential clients. As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with solutions/product offerings.  - Manage the validation, solution design of the client including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, capability assessments, due diligence and client visits.  - Engage regularly with key partners to monitor enablement process, new requirements and future goals  - Should be able to derive meaningful and analytical reports through internet research and unstructured information gathering.  - Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure seamless transition/ handover from pre-sales to the delivery team  Responsibilities also include:   - This is a role for an ambitious and aggressive individual who delights in their own and their organizational success.  - The incumbent should hold an MBA from a top-tier institution (Engineering with MBA is preferred but not mandatory)  - Should have excellent Project Management Skills for managing multiple concurrent projects.  - Should have good written and spoken communication skills.  Skills :   - Demonstrate specialized communications skills such as external communications to clients and prospects  - Intermediate, to advanced, proficiency in American English, including reading comprehension, written, oral communications skills including appropriateness of tone, and strong grammatical skills.  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications especially, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and excel.  - Ability to quickly analyze information, spot exceptions or trends, and conduct required follow-up  - Should enjoy working in a fast paced and informal environment but with high expectations for dedication and accuracy.  - Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically, responsible for all Development, email programming, Campaign Development. Very Good written and verbal communications skills (English)  - Has developed and maintained departmental processes, documentation, etc.  - Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize  - Ability to work in a fluid environment and deliver results  - Think outside the box for innovative ideas  - Creative conceptual thinker
