- Responsible for product development and delivery across schools

- Growing and leading the services business

Detailed profile can be divided in three parts:

1. Managing a team of academicians and content developers to develop a scalable academic product

- Project management for academic content creation (Books, worksheets, lesson plans, micro-schedules etc.)

- Vendor selection, customization and negotiations for books, digital content, tablet content etc.

2. Ensuring product delivery and implementation across all schools

- Working with HR department for teacher recruitment, training, retention and appraisal

- Working with the projects team to ensure optimization of infrastructure for academic implementation (Classroom design, furniture design etc.)

- Designing & running an Academic system that ensures Delivering Quality academics at all schools, in every classroom, at every Period, every day.

- Managing an implementation team per city to ensure quality

- Academic Budget Planning & control

3. Growing services Business

Delivering PNL of Services Business

- Currently, 20-25 Cr. INR in topline (Books and uniform sales internal)

- Adding academic content, digital services, training etc. to the services business

- Market testing and product changes to make it Market Ready

- Creation & Managing sales team

- Graduated from a top tier management institute

- Experience in retail or B2B Sales or operations management between 5 - 8 years. Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
