Responsibilities:

1. Leading a team of 35 Managers and 10 Senior Managers who monitor School curriculum and execution.

2. Leading structuring and design of the workforce on implementation, scorecards and processes to track execution and progress across schools.

3. Monitoring School curriculum execution in own / partner schools in a region.

4. Visiting schools at regular intervals, training principals, coordinators and teachers, observing classes and ensuring execution of plans as designed.

5. Designing training modules for teachers & conducting training sessions.

6. Analyzing student progress and working closely with the school team & central curriculum team to make appropriate interventions for improving student learning.

7. Coaching and mentoring their team of managers to build their ability to service all schools.

8. In year 1 they will be leading execution across 250 schools in 6 states.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in working with school students as a teacher, trainer, coordinator and as coach/manager with any leading education solutions company.

2. A co-ordinator or leader who has strong evidence of student progress.

3. Experience of training teachers and supporting their learning.

4. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.

5. Ability & flexibility to travel to schools outside of Mumbai.

6. Ideally, someone who can lead operations at a national level and can manage operations across 200+ schools.
