We are hiring for India's Leading K -12, EduTech client.

Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission - they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in Affordable Private Schools.

A day in the life of a Sr. AEM / AEM :

- Manage a team of Academic Excellence Managers spread across multiple locations.

- Support and monitor academic system execution in partner schools.

- Visit schools at regular intervals to shadow AEMs, train teachers and ensure excellent execution of the system.

- Design training modules for AEMs, teachers, coordinators, principals and conduct training sessions.

- Support AEMs to analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.

The experience we would like you to have?

- 5+ years of experience

- Very strong academic background

- Excellent people management skills. Should have managed a team of 5-7 people

- Managerial capabilities

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.

Must-haves:

- A passion for Academics and Education

- Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.

- Excellent relationship-building skills
