Academic Business Lead - EdTech

We are on the lookout for a specialist in academic excellence. This is a role where the person will be responsible for working with schools and the internal team to ensure best outcomes for the students. The person will also be responsible to manage and lead a team of academic experts and education coaches and be responsible for creating processes to monitor their activity and performance outcomes.

The role requires someone who has worked with school and teachers on driving academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Increase customer satisfaction in schools by delivering excellent academic support with the team

- Ensure timely resolution to academic queries, provided end to end solution inside schools to lead to high CSAT scores

- Create processes to monitor the teams activity and performance outcomes.

- Ensure school calendar for visits is implemented (to meet prospective principals, teachers, coordinators) and to observe the academic coaches performance.

- Act as a liaison between corporate and field teams to ensure targets are achieved.

- Mentor the team to build their ability to conduct curriculum/ academic discussions at all categories of schools

- Building credibility & rapport with School Owners, Principals, Teachers and HODs.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 10-14 years of experience

- Very strong academic background

- Engg with Top B school MBA preferred

- Excellent relationship building skills

- Strong combination of business and academics
