Acadecraft - Project Manager - Academic Contents (3-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the new projects received, understanding the client's requirements.
- Manages project schedules and scope .
- Monitors authors, subject matter experts, and vendors in terms of meeting program requirements (scope), schedules, budgets, and quality
- Provides weekly or bi-weekly status updates for the clients.
- Interacting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through live chats, emails, and phones. (Customer Relations)
- Manage the work and quality of offshore/onshore editorial and production vendors
- Manage and maintain content development schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team meetings, and schedules
- Communicate content product status and delivery dates to stakeholders and promptly address any related questions.
- Supervise the generation of needed content development documentation for sales, product, and marketing
Note:
- We only hire candidates from the publishing and ed-tech industry
- Previous experience in SMEs management is required
- Someone who has managed the academic content creation projects
