JD - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology)

We are looking at hiring talent acquisition specialist for our HR team, to be based at Bangalore. Candidate would be working with leadership of multiple business units, to help them onboard best talent for their team.

- Able to run the recruitment process independently, starting from searching, screening, interviews, negotiations and finalization

- Ability to work with managers, to create job descriptions for technology hiring

- Ability to search /interview candidates globally across variety of levels in technology space

- Capable of managing multiple mandated / positions in parallel

- To act as face of the company, for hiring (amongst candidates and respective forums)

- Experiences in headhunting.

Requisite Experience / Educations :

- 5+ years experience in talent acquisition

- Graduate / Post-graduate in Management / HR

- Experienced in technology hiring (is a must)
