Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end mobile product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, and drive product development through close interaction with content, engineering, and related teams i.e. from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Position plays a critical role in defining specs for a feature and communicates the requirements to Engineering teams,

- You will work with Editors, Product Managers, Product Designers, and customers to guide, test, and deliver the best experience for end-users.

- Communicate value to all teams with collateral to educate on USP, differentiation & positioning.

- Manage a team of Product Managers and Designers.

- Understanding of SEO and seamless integration with CMS.

- Ensures all security and compliance guidelines are met.

- Manage on-going relationships across BUs for cross-functional projects.

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.

- Lead cross-functional team.

- Exceptional Leadership, Communication, and Presentation skills.

- Deep understanding of web and mobile analytics, with an ability to use data for decision making

- Handle products on various platforms (Android, iOS, Web) and track progress with multiple internal & external stakeholders.

Desired candidate profile:

- 4+ year of experience in product management

- Basic technical knowledge of app development

- Understanding of mobile user experience and app industry

- Ability to manage an agile development process with a distributed team

- Strong analytical skills
