The Role: - We are looking for a young, dynamic and vibrant individual with good problem-solving skills and business acumen. - The associate will lead the Business strategy team working directly with the Founder, responsible for identifying and executing projects across a variety of functions in addition to leading the implementation of the topmost priorities of the business - The candidate will get an end to end exposure to business with projects like performance enhancement, growth planning, process improvements, lean in operations, business intelligence, financial modeling, fundraising, Business process re-engineering, etc. - We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will get hands-on experience on implementation of initiatives and providing suggestions to the COO and the Founder directly and get the solutions delivered.
