P&amp;L responsibility for the entire city operations - developing customers, day-to-day operations, operations planning, growing supply base (storages and vehicles) 2. Part of the core team at AbleCold - actively contributing to shaping the direction of the company 3. Leading the city team of Warehouse Managers / Executives, Fleet Executives and Sales Executives Required skills/experience : 1. High energy with a zeal to build business from scratch with a high sense of ownership 2. Prior logistics / warehousing experience preferred 3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills 4.
