Job Title: Associate Manager - TM/TSC Location: Bangalore GCC Reporting to: Senior Manager - People Continuity, PBS 1. PURPOSE OF ROLE The role will be accountable for setting strategic direction as well as managing day-to-day operations in the following streams in People Business Services: Talent Management (TM): End-to-end People Cycle process covering employee evaluation, development, and appraisal, in line with the organization's People philosophy. Key process-level activities include: - Communication/coordination - System admin - Request resolution - Event scheduling - Presentation development - Reporting Target Setting &amp; Cascading (TSC): End-to-end organizational target setting, cascading, monitoring, and appraisal process. The process includes two sub-processes, namely, TSC Coordination and TSC Admin. Key sub-process level activities include: - Liaising between Zone SPOCs, Global TSC team and TSC admin team in GCC for end-to-end TSC activities - Presentation development - System admin - Request resolution - Reporting 2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic - Establish processes and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the TM &amp; TSC service offerings, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing credibility as a partner to the business, add value and grow the service. - Utilize internal forums to share best practices, deliver efficiencies, and ensure sustainability of service through upskilling and cross-skilling of team members. - Coach and mentor team members, carry out annual performance review activities. Operational Talent Management Responsible for overseeing Team Lead/Team Members to: - Act as admin for global TM system and ensure accurate data flow from Master Data system - Address employee queries raised through the ticketing system - Manage communications with approved templates and content based on People Cycle calendar - Schedule OPR meetings through the appropriate tool - Create presentations for Zone OPRs with right level of data - Extract data from relevant systems and create reports using advanced Excel features - Track and improve SLAs/KPIs, complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly process performance review meetings Target Setting &amp; Cascading Responsible for overseeing Team Lead/Team Members to: - Work with each functional TSC SPOC to gather/cascade target information - Complete quality checks on information to ensure global guidelines are followed; and also to ensure minimal corrections required - Upload targets and KPI Catalog on TSC system(s) - Prepare presentations for CatchBall meetings - Support the zones on questions regarding Global proposals - Address employee queries raised through the ticketing system - Extract data from relevant systems and create reports using advanced Excel features - Track and improve SLAs/KPIs, complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly process performance review meetings 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS - Level of educational attainment: Master's Degree preferred - Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships: HR qualifications preferred - Previous work experience: - 8-10 years in a leadership role in the HR Operations domain - Good understanding of Performance and Progression Management process - Experience in project management and budgeting - Proficient in MS Office tools - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen - Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors - Language skills: Must have very strong English written and verbal communication skills - IT/Other skills: - MS Office: Must have strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills - Ability to review reports and PowerPoint presentations and ensure clear and accurate representation of data 5.
