Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and drive our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have a knowledge of lead generation and conversion to sales into Real Estate Category.
- Strong experience in direct sales in the real estate industry.
- Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients needs.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Should guide the team in following the company policies, system, software & reports etc.
- Updating all necessary information in the ERP.
- Delivering reports to the management.
- Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented.
- Always customer focused with good analytical Skills.
- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills.
- Adaptive to work on weekends/ rapidly changing circumstances.
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's/master's degree.
- Proven experience in real estate sales management.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
