Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and hold an MBA degree from a Tier 2-3 college in India.
- The role primarily focuses on developing and implementing talent development programs to foster the growth and success of our employees.
- The candidate should have a strong background in project management tools and demonstrate proficiency in using Office 365, particularly with excellent skills in PowerPoint deck creation and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Previous experience in HR functions is essential to understand the intricacies of talent development within the organization.
- The HR Talent Development Specialist will also be responsible for vendor management and invoice management related to talent development initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify talent development needs and create customized training programs to address skill gaps and career development goals.
- Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and evaluate talent development initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Design engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various training modules, workshops, and talent development events.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, either in-person or virtually, to upskill employees and enhance their professional competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through feedback surveys, data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with department heads and managers to assess individual and team development needs and provide coaching and support as required.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data and generate reports to measure the impact of talent development efforts on employee performance and organizational growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality training services.
- Oversee invoice management related to talent development initiatives and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent development and propose innovative strategies to enhance the learning experience within the organization.
- Support the overall HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience and Qualification :
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA degree from a Tier 2-3 college in India will be advantage.
- Proven experience (1-5 years) in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in project management tools for planning and executing talent development initiatives effectively.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and talent development concepts.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset and ability to utilize data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent development programs.
- Experience in vendor management and invoice management related to talent development initiatives is highly desirable.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development.
