Job Description : - Develop a strategic roadmap to create integrated digital communication in collaboration with the cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive business objectives - Lead communication initiatives/campaigns and develop leadership messaging based on the organization's strategy, culture, safety, and other key objectives by ensuring consistency across all channels - Build thought leadership on digital communication, build digital capabilities, and drive adoption among internal stakeholders - Work on centrally-driven organizations strategic digital-led projects with cross-functional teams locally and globally to determine the project roadmap and actions - Manage, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of communication tool and develop recommendations for ongoing improvement - Drive new approaches to deliver communications in more efficient and effective ways by benchmarking and recommending new approaches Key Skills : - High-energy self-starter - Ability to navigate challenges and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong written & content development skillset - Strong understanding of internal and external digital communication platforms - Ability to develop engaging, audience-specific narrative content with accuracy - Strong attention to details and industry trends - Confident in organizing and leading initiatives alongside senior stakeholders
