KEY JOB POINTS :
- Base Retention & Value Expansion with assigned accounts
- Assigned to 12-16 Customers on average
- Develop Broad relationships with Key Molecular lab stakeholders including clinicians & administration that make purchasing decisions & use our products
- Responsible for selling, Application support, Customer service & support for Level 1 Service repairs (- 2 Hours) not requiring Calibration tools Assess opportunities to improve productivity & grow assay menu, Recommend Abbott products/Services, close business
- Call in Sales Acquisition team (EAMs/SEs) if they see opportunity for capital equipment new line of business sale or core lab upgrade
- Become advisory consultant to customer on lab productivity, use and/or design
- Willingness and ability to learn technical requirements of the role
- Strong problem solving capability
