Vice President/AVP - MARKETING and Communication JOB DESCRIPTION: What is the Company like? We offer the entire gamut of services catering to retail investors, domestic institutions & foreign institutional investors. We provide our customers with services like Equity Derivative Markets, Off-shore investments, Portfolio Management Services & Mutual Funds. Responsibilities will include: - Development and maintenance of digital channels (websites, email, social media), including online content distribution - Planning, creating and managing offline and online marketing campaign - Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services - Defining brand positioning - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising - Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels - Marketing communication for the brand for offline/online modes - Guarding brand identity and usage - Design and Update the marketing and PR plan on a quarterly basis - Managing brand associations Ideal Candidate would be: - Recognized MBA degree in Marketing Management with 15+ years of proven experience of leading marketing strategy preferably from Broking and Financial Services domain - The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing experience, deep consumer knowledge and a passion for brand building and driving business results - Strong analytical ability combined with insight led creativity would be key facets of the individual, along with demonstrated success in spearheading path breaking market penetration and growth initiatives - Hands on experience in online marketing and measurement
