Critical skill set that this profile requires are a strong local network, an ability to interpret market trends, understanding of financial products for banks & NBFCs, excellent communication and negotiation skills and knows RBI/NHB compliances for formation

Job description :

1) The role is delegated the responsibility for all activities including the management, operation and development of the NBFC.

2) The incumbent will act as the principal advisor to the board on issues concerning Agri NBFC management and is responsible for providing well-founded and documented advice on NBFC formation strategy.

3) Will be responsible for fund raising and credit rating for the NBFC.

4) Provide advice and prepare risk and review policies, compliance reports to RBI/NHB, information reports to consultants and other necessary planning aspects of the NBFC

5) Develop an appropriate management structure within NBFC

6) Prepare 5 year plan detailing portfolio of Agri-NBFC, expected cash flows and market trend.

7) Ensure NBFC operates in a cost effective manner and propose an annual budget and cost framework for activities

8) Provide financial reporting and accounting for the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts

The Successful Applicant :

Looking for 12 plus years work experience in the Agri-NBFC business. The successful candidate should have a strong portfolio book in terms of Working Capital, Funding and structured financial deals.
