ABans Group - Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - FinTech Software Sales (18-27 yrs)

We provide our customers with services like Equity Derivative Markets, Off-shore investments, Portfolio Management Services & Mutual Funds.
Responsibilities will include:
- Part of the leadership team responsible for driving growth for the Software business.
- Build and enhance the Technical Specialist teams by recruiting resources, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching, training, and development.
- Coach teams to define/develop Technical Roadmaps in an effort to drive solution sales.
- Continually evaluate organization structure to ensure success through alignment with Sales teams, allocate resources as needed.
- Keep Technical Sales operating expenses within budget.
- Establish strong working relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Business Strategy and Marketing (BSM), Channel Readiness and other groups in an effort to gain insight and appropriately structure teams.
- Act as the technical interface to corporate product groups. Provide guidance to product groups on new product enhancements and prioritization of new features. May be involved with launching new products.
- Drive forecast, account planning, and other management meetings.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan in line with the India Sales strategy.
- Support product group or sales development activities in order to drive sales and generate additional revenue.
- Develop and deliver product based and industry-related trainings in order to increase reseller technical competencies. Leverage internal staff and external contractor resources to educate and inspire reseller technical staff on an ongoing basis.
- Review and recommend sales quota alignment with sales compensation plan design in order to drive appropriate behavior.
- Drive effective use of technical sales processes, tools and methodologies within the team.
- Maintain technical knowledge of product line and company s industry focus in order to demo or present products as needed.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel of customers.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by cross selling products.
- Establish new customer relationships by forming and converting potential sales leads.
- Handle direct and collaborative sales for effective sales growth.
- Creatively handle product/brand marketing to facilitate sales.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years relevant field experience, including 5+ years management experience of sales of Financial Software products, dealing with clients across the globe.
- Understanding of Capital markets, Trading, Broking and Exchanges will be an added advantage.
- Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.
- Candidates with Industry / Product Knowledge preferred.
- Excellent Project Management Skills.
- Excellent People Management Skills.
- Very impressive verbal and written communication skills is must.
