Assistant Manager/Manager - Tax & MIS

Responsibilities:

- Good knowledge of law such as DT, IDT, FEMA, SEBI etc

- Analysis and understanding of Financial statements

- Good in Microsoft excel, word, power point

- Knowledge and understanding of financial instruments such as derivatives, debentures etc

- Tax research, compliances, representation.

- Preparation on written submissions, appeal matters, opinion on regulatory issues. Maintain accuracy of data reported

- Preparing documents and coordinating in relation to any other matters of regulatory compliances.

- Keeping regular updates of changes in laws and its application

- Preparation of group level MIS

- Qualification : CA, Inter ca (not giving exams)/ CA & CS - having good knowledge of law such as DT, IDT, FEMA, SEBI etc having relevant experience in Financial service industry.
