Ltd, a Fast Growing Facility Management Company in South India is looking for a Qualified, Experienced and results oriented Finance Manager to head the Company's Finance Division and to play a pivotal role in achieving the expected Growth. The Company is a Member of Sri Lankan based diversified Conglomerate Abans Group. The position will be based in Chennai with regular visits to other parts of India as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

- Full Membership of a Professional Accounting Body (Preferably Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).

- Minimum 02 years of post-qualifying experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Service Industry.

- Some previous Audit Experience (Pre or Post Qualification) will be highly desirable.

- Thorough Knowledge of Indian Company Law, Tax Law, Exchange Control Regulations and other relevant applicable statutes is a must.

- Relevant Undergraduate or Post Graduate Degree will be an added Advantage.

- Good values, high degree of integrity and ethics.

- A results oriented professional with attention to details coupled with excellent communication & numerical skills

- Ability and willingness to work as a team.

- A valid Passport holder with willingness to travel to Sri Lanka, when required

Responsibilities

- Independently running the Finance Division of the Company with direct functional reporting to the Sri Lankan based Finance Manager of the Parent Company. The position will also report to the CEO for administration purposes.

- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances and Assets including the development and implementation of financial guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure required Internal Controls are in place to safeguard the Company Assets.

- Ensure timely preparation of Financial Reporting in line with the applicable Financial Reporting Framework which includes but not limited to relevant Accounting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act etc.

- Ensure availability of required Management Information on timely manner for prompt decision making of the Management

- Ensure regular reporting to Parent Company based in Colombo on pre-agreed deadlines

- Responsible for treasury activities of the company, including working capital management, cash flow management and negotiation with Banks and review of relevant banking documents and loan administration etc.

- With the support of the Parent Company to taking appropriate measure to implement an advanced Accounting Package and other relevant software such as Payroll Package etc.

- Liaising with the External & Internal Auditors, Banks, Government Authorities such as Tax Authorities and Exchange Control Department etc. and provide such information that needs to be submitted.

- Ensure the strict compliance with Statutory Requirements and responsible for risk management of the Company.
