Job Description: - Day to day sales accounting, dispatches, and booking of sales revenue. - Preparation budget of VIC / VLC cost of OTC and tracking the actuals. - Monthly provisioning of OTC - VIC/VLC cost in the books. - Reconciliation of sales data available in syspro and distributors system if any. - Monthly Reconciliation with CFA for pending claims and settlement thereof. - Processing of claims of CFA / CISP and Distributors on regular basis as per agreement and obtain an NDC. - Tracking of Claims and ensure adequate provisioning in books. - Collection reconciliation with corporations, Distributors and retail markets. - Tracking of Manual credit notes for Breakages and accounting at the time of receipt of collection from corporation. - Furnishing all the required details to internal &amp; External Auditors Qualifications and Technical competencies required: Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp; - Graduation/Post-graduation - 2-3 years of relevant experience Skills &amp; Competencies:&nbsp; - Exceptional Organizational &amp; Time Management Skills - Stakeholder management skills - Good commercial acumen - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build effective relationships - High energy - Solution-oriented and positive attitude - Exceptional customer orientation - Fast-mover, quick to adapt - Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment - Integrity and professionalism - Love for beer!
