Job Purpose: Ensure excellence in claims processing, tracking, booking revenue and reconciliation of sales data Job responsibilities - Day to day sales accounting, dispatches, and booking of sales revenue. - Preparation budget of VIC / VLC cost of OTC and tracking the actuals. - Monthly provisioning of OTC - VIC/VLC cost in the books. - Reconciliation of sales data available in syspro and distributors system if any. - Monthly Reconciliation with CFA for pending claims and settlement thereof. - Processing of claims of CFA / CISP and Distributors on regular basis as per agreement and obtain an NDC. - Tracking of Claims and ensure adequate provisioning in books. - Collection reconciliation with corporations, Distributors and retail markets. - Tracking of Manual credit notes for Breakages and accounting at the time of receipt of collection from corporation. - Furnishing all the required details to internal &amp; External Auditors. Person Specifications: Qualifications: - MBA/CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) Skills and desired experience: - 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly of having worked in a Shared Services set-up - Microsoft Office proficiency - Working knowledge of accounting ERP - Good communication / stakeholder management skills
