Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for driving the growth, development, execution & measurement of multi-platform digital strategies across the portfolio of brands. - Own strategic direction, implementation, performance measurement & evolution of consumer programs within social & digital channels to incite user acquisition, consumer retention, engagement, win-back & advocacy. - Strong knowledge in varied digital marketing channels including social media, digital media, mobile & web analytics. - Work with agency partners to map best-in-class practices, Content & Community Strategies for each ABI brand. - Oversee in-season campaign storytelling strategy (cadence, positioning & execution) to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms. - Responsible for developing content strategies that combine engagement with product to ultimately drive conversion. - Manage full marketing life cycle of member engagement activities, to include ideation, planning, implementation, optimization & success measurement. - Develop consumer segmentation & benefits strategies that provide the most relevant, timely & impactful program experiences. - Perform reporting analysis of campaigns & develop recommendations to optimize future performance. - Experience conceptualizing, developing & executing impactful consumer-facing digital campaigns. - Deep knowledge of target consumer behaviors including platforms (web, social etc.) - Driven multiple projects to on-time delivery, including the involvement of multiple agencies & cross-functional stakeholders. - Lead media & digital media research projects across the business generating actionable insights for the brand teams to execute upon. - Lead teams comprised of social media & performance marketing managers; with demonstrated management experience & the ability to interact with senior leadership. Job Qualifications and Competencies : - A University Degree in Business or related field - A minimum of 6+ years experience in brand management, communications planning, media strategy planning, digital marketing, social media, performance marketing & digital partnerships. - A minimum of 3+ years experience leading digital strategy, or digital activation as part of a brand role - A minimum of 4+ years experience in directly managing & growing a team. - Experience acting as a Digital leader influencing senior executives & building support for initiatives across the country/region. - Proven experience in performance marketing leading to creation & implementing digital/social media campaigns on a national/regional/global level. - Proven experience managing budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms. - Deep passion for culture & music. - Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable marketing programs. - Ability to demonstrate how consumer-facing digital campaigns deliver impact to broader business & marketing objectives. - Master in & passion for all social media channels. - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously & remain calm under pressure. - Experiences in working across different global cultures a plus. - The ability to excel both a strategic & execution level, is an absolute must while operating in a matrix organization. - Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations - The ability to work with a multi-disciplined team including advertising agency, media team, research team, public affairs team, etc. - Periodic domestic & international travel
