Quench your thirst for success. Come, sit at the table! Primary Purpose of Role Be an authoritative voice on the shopper to the commercial organization. Responsible to initiate, develop, synthesize and translate all available shopper data, research and insights to support the activation of in-store category growth platforms. In addition, position ABI as the in-store shopper solution provider. Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities - Directly responsible for the full development and management of the national shopper research plan for different brands to support category growth platforms and in-store communication. - Development of all customer specific research, translating all research to insights, and insights to activation for the Trade Marketing team. - Develop in-store communication plans through the analysis of all available data and insights. Develop the in-store shopper communication (education) hierarchy and language for the category - Synthesize all available data sources (Global/Local) in the development of India specific Shopper Playbooks and profiles. Identify all critical knowledge gaps and develop plan to address and prioritize. - Work with GAC and external research agencies for the mining of available shopper loyalty data to develop predictive shopper behavior capability - Develop the Shopper Path to Purchase for Indian shoppers - Start development of CatMan in India Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes Education &amp; Experience - MBA in Marketing from a top Tier 1 college/ PG Diploma in Marketing Management - 3-5 years experience in successfully leading the development of shopper and in-store category growth platforms on a national, channel, and customer level. Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory. Skills &amp; Knowledge 1) Proven track record of being assertive and influencing cross-functional relationships with key decision makers 2) Proven analytical skills &amp; ability to successfully integrate different streams of information into sound proposition, inclusive of customer specific data 3) Strong working knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen, Panel Data, Shopper Sight) 4) Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills 5) Ability to perform well in a team environment and manage multiple deadline-driven projects Personal Attributes 1.
