Job Description Job Title : Senior Manager - SAP Security & Basis Role Band : VB Location : Bangalore Reporting to : Global Compliance - Pillar Lead Date :01 Feb 2019 1. PURPOSE OF ROLE - Senior Manager is responsible for managing & delivering the ITGC KPIs for in-scope 10 Zones, covering 52 countries. - The role requires managing the stakeholders & team and meeting the defined SLAs. 2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Strong experience in the below mentioned domains : - SAP user & role administration for ECC, BW, HR, GRC, HANA, Fiori - Review and remediate SOD violations using SAP GRC - Privilege access management (Firefighter) - IT Security Framework (SAP, OS & DB) - Deploy and administer IDM & security software solutions in SAP - Secure Code Review (SAP & Non-SAP) - Develop, review and maintain security policies in SAP - Manage the compliance operations by providing guidance to the team, defining KPIs and aligning expectations with the stakeholders - Handle the Internal / External / AdHoc audit queries raised by auditors w.r.t. ITGC domain, for the in-scope zones - Participate in weekly/monthly routines with the Stakeholders and present status of the progress - Preparation of Management reports & presentations for stakeholders - Team target settings & performance monitoring 3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT : - ABI is a zonally structured organization with a Global Head Quarters capability, which leads best practice and strategy. The zones are split into the following geographical groupings : - GHQ - Latin America - Europe - Middle America - Asia Pacific - North America - Africa - Within each zone and GHQ there is a Solutions organization which runs IT and Business services activity. This specific role is based on Bangalore and will need to interact and collaborate with Global Security and Compliance Governance position at Global as well as to communicate with business roles that sit within the different geographical IT, Internal Controls and Internal Audit functions within each zone, and in GHQ. - The role does not have any direct reports; however, it does require matrix management of resources across the globe to achieve strategic objectives and will require the ability to operate across all geographies and will require the ability to operate across all geographies to shape and influence management. A specific focus on this role to ensure the deliverables produced are at the right level of quality, and representative of the true compliance position, aligned with the other positions in the Compliance Cell. 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS : - 10-12 years of experience - MBA, BE, BTech, MTech and similar degrees - Have worked in at least one of the Big4 / IT consulting firms - Strong functional & technical expertise on SAP Security & Basis, GRC - Hands-on experience on Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc. - At least one of the key IT security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM 5. COMPETENCIES : - Good communication skills (written & verbal) - Strong stakeholder management experience with global exposure - Should have exposure to Project management - Individual contributor with ability to lead a large team of diversified skillsets - Able to amicably resolve problems/conflicts and provide feasible solutions - Working in high stress and target/SLA driven environment - Delivery efficiencies & automations in the process - Ownership & lead by example 6.
