Main Purpose of Position- - Primarily Responsible to drive Operational and Transformation improvements in the S2P Cycle to improve Supplier Payment on Time - Ensure that the SLA's and Business KPIs are met as per the Business requirement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and MICS &amp; SOX requirements - Drive continuous improvement projects and ensure standardization of processes across geographies - Creating innovative service delivery models for ABI, leveraging the ecosystem of 3rd party BPO/GIC/Startup players - Drive Transformation in Operations through use of Analytics, ML and AI - Drive Automation in processes and achieve target efficiency - Recruit and develop talent and drive people engagement - Alignment of priorities with the zone procurement teams - Alignment of priorities with the zone procurement teams Key accountability of the position- - Leadership skills with good decision making. Ability to prioritize, delegate responsibilities and manage operations - Extensive knowledge of and understanding of procurement processes and financial systems required - Adherence to the Global payment discipline and payment calendar. - Analysis of Balance sheet to ensure that all aged balances are fully justifiable. - Identify opportunities to drive Working Capital improvement. - Meet and improve all operational KPIs e.g. Payment on Time, team productivity etc - Transform processes to enable predictive models and exception handling. Automate day to day manual activities. - Drive the transformation agenda, ensuring that outsourcing providers are an integral part of ABI's best-in-class end-to-end processes Required Skills:&nbsp; - Academic Degree, CA/MBA preferred - Extensive knowledge of and understanding of procurement processes and financial systems required - Leadership and people management
