AB InBev India is looking to hire an Senior Manager-PPM for its Procurement function based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role :

- To manage the budgeting of the function and to provide valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality & service, and lower costs. Responsible for control of total cost VILC + ZBB; responsible for control of total PT for the company

Key Tasks & Accountabilities :

- Data & Analytics Lead - Including Dashboard creation

- Reporting management - Procurement / Price numbers monthly submission lead for all variable cost elements

- Digital / Tech Transformation Lead - co-ordinates with the Tech & Analytics team and Proc Shared Services team to bring these to life

- Market Insights & Category Knowledge Lead - co-ordination with the category team and external consultant partners to bring these to life

- Engagement Lead - co-ordination with the functional head & people team in ensuring excellence-of-execution in our functional engagement plan

- Process improvement focus - including the larger transformations required for simplifying the work-lives of the different category teams

- The PPM will have direct line reporting also of the Sourcing Pool Manager in the larger Procurement team

- Responsible for overseeing all Price and Payable aspects spend that is not covered by RPO -Budgeting process (1YP and 3YP), monthly T&M process, LE calculations, VILC, commodities, FX exposure, WAPT, E-auctions, indirect, Local Function ZBB, target setting, procurement tools management

- Provide PPM support to local sourcing and implementation team- Point of Contact for all the leaders in Procurement team and the leaders of other functions and coordinate all transactions

- Coordinate all aspects of analysis for local spend (not covered by RPO or GPO)- Tracking and monitoring the Procurement budget and providing actionable recommendations to leadership throughout the process

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes :

Education & Experience :

- 4-8 years of experience. Finance/accounting background preferable

- Understanding of budgeting exercise and an ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics and good knowledge of finance & accounting

- In terms of experience, we would prefer someone who has worked on reporting/software systems before as this role requires someone who loves working with data / technology
