AB InBev India is looking to hire a Manager - Reporting & Internal Controls for its Finance team based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role As a Planning and Performance Management, you will provide valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality & service, and lower costs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive closer collaboration between the LCGA & CA function and gain a deep understanding of how our business operates. PPM roles exist in every part of our organization with substantial spans of control. Key Tasks & Accountabilities - 1. Work with Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs & Compliance (LCGA & CA) head to set structure, processes and tools to measure and improve the performance of key KPIs of LCGA & CA team 2. Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, people cost and functional cost for LCGA & CA 3. Act as PMO to lead projects for LCGA & CA teams 4. Leads the cycle of 3YP, 1YP and other key planning cycles in the LCGA & CA team 5. Works with India LCGA & CA leader to implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process 6. Bring in best practices for continuous improvement 7. Challenge Status Quo and drive mindset of high performance Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience 1. University Degree or equivalent 2. 3-5 years of experience in a high stakeholder management role (Project Management experience will be a big plus) Skills & Knowledge 1. Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations 2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills Personal Attributes 1.
