AB InBev India is looking to hire Sr. Manager - Litigation based out of Bengaluru, India

Primary Purpose of the role :

This position will develop expertise in the practice areas of state and federal alcohol beverage regulation, three-tier distribution, trade practices, advertising and state franchise laws

Key Tasks & Accountabilities :


Acts as an advisor and thought leader on legal issues (e.g., litigation management, investigations, intellectual property, internal and external negotiations) and provides counsel regarding applicable regulations and legal implications impacting the company's business operations


Understands, prioritizes, and manages risks and regulations with respect to the company's position, stakeholder groups (e.g., trade associations), and broader industry trends in order to open gaps and raise the bar.


Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the company's business model, operations, and issues to advocate for internal client positions in order to achieve strategic business objectives.

Education & Experience:

Graduate/PG with 8 - 10 years of litigation experience
