AB InBev India is looking to hire an Senior Manager - Digital Transformation - Commercial based functions for its Tech & Analytics team based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role :

To lead planning and execution of the Digital Transformation Strategy across the entire commercial landscape. This would entail building a deep understanding of business problems, having knowledge of innovative technology solutions, and bringing them together to not just optimize but also completely transform the way we do business through disruptive thinking. The role would involve working closely with business teams for assessment study, implementation of technology solutions, supporting existing business applications & embed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Commercial processes in relevant systems to ensure that all Business Information needs are met. Be the owner of the Digital Transformation Commercial portfolio under Technology & Analytics.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities :

1.Demand Management

Responsible for understanding the project requirements and liaising with business process owners to ensure assessment study is completed as per project timelines.

Responsible for developing functional requirement specification as per the business requirements; evaluating and finalizing the appropriate platform for the requirement before handing over the same to the development team.

2.Product & Project Management

Responsible for making project plans for new projects/systems/developments and ensuring that the project is executed within the predetermined sprints/timelines and the budget allocated; ability to prioritize based on business requirements, technical assessments, and product roadmap.

Responsible for ensuring all the UI (User Interface) requirements are met.

3.Process Re-engineering

Responsible for embedding business SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) into business process and systems by preparing the required change requests and handing over to the development team

4.Project Delivery

Responsible for user acceptance testing for new applications/change requests, closure of feedback and action logs. Align testing with business for UAT (User Acceptance Training) and get the Release to Live Certificate before releasing the applications / Change requests to LIVE environment

Responsible for roll out and implementation of applications in the relevant areas of work - NBD, RTM (Route to Market) and Sales

5.Service & Operations

Responsible for appropriate handover of the applications to the business once the applications are developed and implemented

Ensuring the systems are covered under the BCP (Business Continuity Plan)/ DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning) testing and tested on a yearly basis.

Responsible for preparing/developing the security and access strategy and incorporating it for all system under the functional domain

6.Analytics

Responsible for driving analytics and providing insights to drive business action.

7.Commercial Solutions

Responsible for identifying new opportunities in Commercial function, ideating, and exploring new innovative solutions in the market.

8.Risk Assessment

Owning seamless integrations and BAU (Business as Usual) state by tracking and pre-emptively solving for risks/ vulnerabilities. Few examples are product dependencies that are impacted by change, performance risks with scale/ new features, data privacy etc.

9.Budgets

Ensuring cost of development is within the budgets

10.Delivery & Growth

Ensuring issues are resolved within SLA (SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT) timelines

Delivering transformational growth project outcomes impacting NR (Net Revenue) / EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortization) (Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortization)

11.Quality

Ensuring quality is maintained throughout the project life cycle

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience

Management graduate in Sales & Marketing Minimum 6-8 years of domain experience

Skills & Attributes :

Strong analytical and commercial modeling skills, skills in structured problem solving and analysis Commercial acumen and ability to deliver insights with impact Focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks

Personal Attributes :

- Proven people and project management skills. Can easily work in a matrixed organization.

- Innovative and independent thinker

- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguous situations

- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment

- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills, performance, and metrics tracking.
