Primary Purpose of the role - Be a part of the team focused on tracking business performance, identifying monthly results, managing the business, providing visibility/insights, guaranteeing consistency of information available for decision making, planning and target setting - Be a credible, independent business partner to management - Driving performance to ensure effective P&amp;L and Balance Sheet management to deliver the entity targets Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities 1. Planning - Annual Business Cycle : a. Assist in the development of the operating and financial plan (1year/3year/10year) b. Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools 2. Management Reporting a. Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports b. Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports c. Work closely with the functional PPMs to develop the monthly forecasts for the P&amp;L and Cash Flow 3. Performance Measurement &amp; improvement: a. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures b. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance c. Suggest performance improvements by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies d. Assist to develop and automate financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives 4. Special Projects: a. Support the analyses of new business cases to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations 5. Support ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis requests from Senior Management Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes Education &amp; Experience 1. Education from a top college, university in India/ Abroad 2. Qualified CA and/ or MBA will be a definite advantage 3. 3-6 years of professional experience Skills &amp; Knowledge 1. Strong communication a requirement, experience of working with senior leaders will be strong advantage (consulting, business performance roles, etc.) 2.
