1. PURPOSE OF ROLE :

PPM Lead role is responsible for the budgeting process (1YP and 3YP), monthly T&M process, LE calculations for indirect (ZBB and CAPEX) and Function ZBB. Mange PSS PPM support and works closely with GPO PPM team.

2. Accountabilities :

The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to :

- Lead and supervise the tracking & monitoring of performance of GCC across Core support services

- Owner of the Monthly Performance Review Process of Global Services & Operation for Solutions

- Manage & Coordinate routines & governance for Mancom at GCC & RCC

- Monthly performance reviews, Weekly Cadence & Action Logs

- Drive the T&M routine management.

- Track, monitor & report key metrics across Operations, Projects, Finance through monthly reports and data analysis

- Work closely with Operations PPM team to ensure global process and guidelines are implemented and followed

- Visibility FTE ramp up, Turnover, Efficiencies etc.

- SLA Compliance & Management across the NoCC

- Support BI Solutions: Provide input for functional design to set up BI solution systems

- Support the setting up of the Command Center

3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT :

Working closely with the NoCC leadership Group, where business decisions are taken. As part of membership to that group, be the voice of soultions GCC team across all domains for dialog with the business functions: report results, capture needs, explain/cascade processes and policies, get commitment for support from business functions when needed, etc.

4. SCOPE OF ROLE :

- The scope of the role is the Network of capability Centers (GCC+RCC)

- NoCC Projects team

- People Director

- PPMs

6. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

Education :

- University Degree or equivalent

- Ideally Green Belt or Black Belt

Critical skills needed for success in this position :

A. Strong analytical & presentation skills

B. Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics for various projects for the center

C. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting allowing the ability to run analysis

D. Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in English, in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations.

E. Establishing collaborative working relationships

F. Languages: English (and Local when applied) as the working language, other languages are an advantage.

- Preferred skills for this position:

A. Experience in being part of or managing global or geographically dispersed teams

B. Data mining and data preparation experience

C. Experience and understanding of sourcing and analytics tools such as Ariba, Emptoris, SAP MM/SRM, advanced MS Excel, MS Access, Database tools (SQL etc)

7. ORGANISATIONAL CHART :

This position will report into the NoCC Support director with a dotted line to the Global VP Solutions (GCC Lead)
