PURPOSE OF ROLE :
- Lead, develop and engage with the Team Members, GCC Stakeholders and Onshore colleagues
- Implement sustained improved ways of working and processes
- Manage all different stakeholders, in the Business and to guarantee continuous improvement on the Team Lead position
- Sharing inputs with Analysis for Data Quality & Reporting Team
- Support Projects and Implementations End 2 End
- DQ Governance capability enabling better people process experience

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS :
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Field - Must
- Higher education qualification - Good to have
Experience :
- Managing Teams for 5+ years - HR team preferred
- 7-10 total years of work experience
- Use of office productivity tools (MS Office. Excel .etc)
Language skills :
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
Functional :
- Human Resource Skills - Preferred
- Worked on SAP ERP - Preferred
- Ability to assess a problem and promptly resolve or escalate it to the manager
