Recruiting and managing talent: define the strategy to recruit the right talent based on business priorities and participate in various recruitment activities to make it happen! Ensure internal talents receive the right development opportunities, career opportunities and experiences. 3. People Cycle implementation: Be responsible for the function scope and provide coaching to the leaders how to run people processes more efficient. 4. Operational excellence: be aware, evaluate and share the impact of the changing national legislation on HR processes and practices. Monitor budgets and develop action plans to close gaps in budgets. 5. Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues 6. Assist with conceptualizing & implementation of engagement programs, processes and initiatives that maximize people effectiveness 7. Implement in business what they, need- oppose to what they, want- be able to push back and challenge the business in driving people agenda 8. Design and deploy people interventions proactively to sustain and develop the talent pipeline 9. Analyze people data and proactively suggest initiatives to tackle region specific issues by collaborating with Regional sales people partners 10. Act as a guardian of neutrality between managers and employees Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience 1. MBA in HR from a premiere B School 2. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources at a Regional/Corporate level 3. Fair understanding of all people areas, excellent understanding and strong background in staffing and very good stakeholder management skills Skills & Knowledge 1. Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills 2. Ability to lead and inspire people 3. Good commercial acumen 4. High level of communication and interpersonal skills 5.
