Primary Purpose of Role - 1. To ensure efficient treasury operations incl. maintaining corporate liquidity, forecasting cash flow positions, bank reconciliations and overall cash management for BU India. 2. Elevating processes to next level using analytics, forecasting, building early warning systems and through automation & transformation 3. Partner very closely with Finance team and operations team to drive transparency in reporting Role Responsibilities- - Partner the team focused on tracking business performance, identifying monthly results, managing the business, providing visibility/insights, guaranteeing consistency of information available for decision making, planning and execution for cash flow &amp; Fund management - Prepare cash flow forecast as per global template - Own and track the dispersion &amp; work on continuous improvement - Maintain banking relationships with our partners - Ensure enough liquidity and adequacy for funds for pay runs - Filings &amp; document submissions with banks w.r.t to limits/overdrafts - Drive implementation of new ideas and processes in treasury function - Manage all bank accounts &amp; reconciliations - Liaise with zone &amp; finance team to forecast liquidity &amp; future cash flows - Work closely on funding initiatives - Liaise with other functions (tax, legal etc.) to bring efficiency in operations - Review accounting of cash &amp; Bank, borrowings, interests &amp; investments - Track and monitor open items in reconciliation - Set up routines with finance team on listing initiatives by LCA/Sales/Procurement team on cash management Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities- - Finance graduate with min 2 years of experience of handling treasury operations - MBA Finance/ CA from banking sector would be preferred.&nbsp; - Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting, Sound communication skills, Relationship management Other requirements- The role requires to be closely working with Finance BBP team and Zone treasury team, Need a candidate with Strong communication skills, analytical mind set and has been into treasury initiatives
