We are looking for smart, driven, entrepreneurial people who can work in a start-up like an environment and deliver high impact, cutting-edge analytics.

Skills and Experience -

Please list the following requirements

- Level of educational attainment required -

a. Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research or any other quantitative analysis

b. MBA/Ph.D preferred

- Previous work experience required

a. About 10 years of experience with atleast 5 years in analytical roles, implementing projects end-to-end

b. Prior experience of leading multiple teams and engaging multiple stakeholders

c. CPG experience preferred

d. Experience of having led the teams that built complex statistical models using some of the following:

- Multinomial logit

- Integrated forecasting using GLM/Mix Models

- Optimization using Simulated Annealing/Genetic Algorithms

- Different types of simulations and simulations software

- Cluster Analysis

a. Proven skills in translating statistics into insights

b. Excellent communication skills

c. Proven leadership qualities and ability inspire action and deliver high quality results

- Language skills required

a. English (Fluent)

- IT skills required

a. knowledge of R, Python, Hive, Excel

b. Understanding of Analytics Tech Stacks and knowledge of some ETL tools

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with business stake holders and leadership to identify pipeline of high impact projects, assess complexity and commit outcomes to stakeholders.

- Work with the teams to provide direction, explain the business aspect of the problem and provide thought leadership on emerging statistical techniques, algorithms, etc

- Play the role of a people manager, taking care of team members- needs and motivations and target maximum retention

- Work with GAC leadership to determine budgets, resources, etc and enable the team deliver within those constraints

- Work with GAC leadership and global IT team to continuously evolve the analytics platform
