Primary Purpose of the role : Legal specialist for transactions and advisory Key Tasks & Accountabilities : 1. Issue based legal advisory 2. Contracts and documentation 3. Litigation management 4. Intellectual Property management Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience : - LLB - 4-5 years of work experience will be preferred Skills and knowledge : - Good legal and business acumen. - To be abreast with latest legal and statutory development and laws - Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders with a change-agent mindset - Ability to differentiate between conflicting priorities and issues to identify underlying causes - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively - Consistently attribute company values in all interactions with associates and customers.
