AB InBev India is looking to hire a Manager - Reporting &amp; Internal Controls for its Finance team based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role Work with the Government Affairs director and the Government Affairs team across the country to drive the top level GA strategy and initiatives to ensure 0 business disruption. Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities - 1. Ensuring effective and timely operations across the country by maintaining effective relations/tracking &amp; monitoring with the government affairs managers across the country 2. To liaise with the Regional GA managers and legal for preparation of back up documents for representations to state 3. Update the Government Affairs Director on individual state regulatory developments and financial aspect of impact on current and outlook from regulatory point of view government offices/ministries or any external forums/bodies Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes Education &amp; Experience 1. University Degree or equivalent 2. At least 2-3 years of experience with strong focus on stakeholder management Skills &amp; Knowledge 1. Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations 2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills Personal Attributes 1.
