Primary Purpose of the role:- The Manager - Employer Branding & Talent Attraction will be responsible to build and execute an annual plan and strategy to increase awareness and consideration of ABI as an employer in line with our global brand, strategy and standards while addressing the local needs. The incumbent will also be responsible to create our central recruitment strategy for lateral as well as campus recruits. Key Tasks & Accountabilities:- - Working closely with external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and business leaders to build a holistic Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Strategy - Manage AB InBev's employer brand and digital content ensuring it is relevant & effective in finding & attracting the very best talent to help us grow as an organization - Inspire around the purpose and value of employer brand, and influence teams within the People function and further afield to own and adopt relevant activations - Develop a roadmap to establish a holistic digital brand experience and measurable impact on our position as an employer of choice - Lead the development of an annual attraction and recruitment campaign (led by local demand plans) liaising with people business partners and communications teams - Design as well as formulate policies and procedures and establish best practices for Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, induction to maximize candidate and employee experience - Lead and drive our holistic campus recruitment plan and strategy Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience 3-5 years of experience with proven expertise in handling Employer branding portfolio for a reputed organization Full-time MBA in HR or Communications or Marketing Personal Attributes 1.
