- Drive and improve Business KPIs / Business Outcomes

- Define a roadmap for the function, expand scope and services lines into building a CoE

- Drive Analytics into the processes and function - using data for better decision and to change the way we run the process

- Improve, Standardize and Automate processes

- Run the services, deliver SLAs
