Job Description : Role : Legal Analyst Experience : 5-7 years&nbsp; in Legal Contract : 1-year&nbsp; Roles and responsibilities :&nbsp; - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts.&nbsp; - Responsible for providing legal advice for Procurement matters, supporting the Global Procurement Office lawyers based in Switzerland.&nbsp; - Such as, for illustration, contracts for purchasing packaging, raw materials, CAPEX, IT services, Marketing services etc.&nbsp; - Ensures that Procurement is in compliance with the Procurement legal contracting process and utilize the correct templates.&nbsp; - Answers day to day questions on the legal process including which templates to use and how to amend contracts.&nbsp; - Provide training on the legal process and requirements to new starters.&nbsp; - Work on projects to improve the tools, policies, and processes in use.&nbsp; Compliance to Procurement Legal Contracting Process Legal Advice Reviewing Supplier Contracting Amendments Policy Implementation Maintaining Legal Templates for- Procurement Legal &amp; Compliance Training&nbsp;
