The incumbent would handle Premium- On Premise outlets for Bangalore. Job responsibilities include:- 1. Ensure secondary sales and availability across brands in the accounts as per growth plan 2. Manage operational relationship with key contacts/accounts 3. Ensure profitability by maintaining specific brand mix and managing DNA spends tightly 4. Develop plan at the outlet level for Key accounts in collaboration with the Brand strategy/Trade Marketing Team 5.Ensure execution of the accounts as per the Trade Marketing strategy - Partner with the Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the Accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities. 6.Build relationships across accounts and Route to market to ensure achievement of all the commercial metrics 7.Competition Mapping - Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories &amp; outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics Ideal Candidate : 1. MBA with 2-5 years of experience in handling Key Accounts/Institutionalized/Modern Trade Sales in Alco Bev industry 2. Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations 3.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills 4.A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks 5.The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills 6.The ability to work with a multi-disciplined team
