Job Title : High End Specialist

Function : Sales - High End

Location : Bangalore

Number of Direct Reports : None

Number of Indirect Reports : CSR's (Depending on Territory handled)

Reporting To (Title) : Sales Manager - High End/Area Manager - High End

Position Summary :

- To manage and deliver sales in a specific geographic area as per agreed targets basis the business plan

- Main areas in which this job must get results in order to achieve its purpose :

1. Ensure sales and availability across brands in the accounts as per growth plan

2. Manage operational relationship with key contacts

3. Ensure profitability by maintaining the prescribed brand mix

4. Develop plan at the regional level for Key accounts in collaboration with the Brand strategy team

5. Ensure execution of the accounts as per the Trade Marketing strategy

6. Partner with the Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities

7. Build relationships across accounts and Route to market to ensure achievement of all the commercial metrics

8. Competition Mapping- Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories & outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics

9. Ensure adherence to monthly journey plans and timely reporting on MAST (sales tracking tool)

Main areas in which this job must get results in order to achieve its purpose :

1. Ensure relevant developmental inputs are provided to distributor sales team and training them in image building activities

2. Building relationships (at all levels) with key influence outlets

3. Monitor adherence to company policies and code of conduct

Key Interactions :

1. Internal Trade Marketing Team : Partner with the Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the Accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities

2. Brewery Team : To ensure reporting of timely information of products with quality issues

3. Finance Team : To attain all financial information and report back a per defined standards and formats

External Distributor Sales Team :

1. To communicate and help achieve assigned sales target

2. To ensure adherence on MAST of the distributor sales team members handled

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Education and/ or specific experience :

1. Graduation (any degree) with 2-5 years- experience

2. Ideal - Post Graduation or Diploma/Degree in Communication/Public Relations/Hotel

- Management or MBA in Sales/Marketing with 2-5 years experience

Skills and/or knowledge :

1. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills

2. Focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks

Other requirements :

- Experience in Sales/Key Accounts/Institutionalized/Modern Trade Sales in Alco Bev industry
