Primary Purpose of the role : - To manage and deliver sales in a key on-premise outlets in Bangalore basis the business plan Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities : - Ensure sales and availability across brands in the accounts as per growth plan - Manage the operational relationship with key contacts - Ensure profitability by maintaining the prescribed brand mix - Develop plan at the regional level for Key accounts in collaboration with the Brand strategy team - Ensure execution of the accounts as per the Trade Marketing strategy - Partner with the Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities - Build relationships across accounts and Route to market to ensure achievement of all the commercial metrics - Competition Mapping- Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories &amp; outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics - Ensure adherence to monthly journey plans and timely reporting on MAST (sales tracking tool) - Ensure relevant developmental inputs are provided to the distributor sales team and training them in image building activities - Building relationships (at all levels) with key influence outlets - Monitor adherence to company policies and code of conduct Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes : Education qualification : - Graduation/Post Graduation (any degree) with 2-5 years- experience - Ideal Post Graduation or Diploma/Degree in Communication/Public Relations/Hotel Management or MBA in Sales/Marketing with 2-5 years- experience Skills and/or knowledge : - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills - Focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks Experience : - Experience in Sales/Key Accounts/Institutionalized/Modern Trade Sales in Alco Bev industry Personal Attributes : 1.
