1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

- Statistics analytics and providing market insight and drive forecast improvement

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) IC role (Jr. Data scientist) and Will be responsible to perform various sales / Forecast analytics and providing market insight

2) Will also be responsible go generate weekly forecast, outlier cleansing and various analytics pertaining to Demand planning, Forecasting

3) Strong knowledge of SAP-APO, statistics and statistical tool like R, python with 5-6 years of exposure in analytics / Demand Planning

4) Market knowledge of Europe, US, UK will be aided advantage. Knowledge of SQL, tableau will be aided advantage.

3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders & address their concerns during daily, weekly, monthly reporting cycle

- Be closely connected with Business Operations and will report to DP lead for day to day operation

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

- Level of educational attainment required:

- Graduate in any stream, Post graduate diploma/certification in supply chain or analytics or Machine learning or statistics

- Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required

- Previous work experience required

4-5 years of experience in Supply chain analytics or analytics in demand forecasting.

- Language skills required

Fluent in English with good communication skill

- IT skills required

Knowledge of R, SAP APO, MS office ( added advantage if knowledge of Tableau, SAS, python, Machine learning)
